Une véritable découverte en ce lieu éloigné. Le chef a beaucoup de mérite de proposer à ses convives des menus raffinés élaborés avec des produits de qualité et des recettes aux subtiles saveurs. Allez-y même s'il faut faire un détour!

Le chef a enchanté nos papilles et ceux de nos invités qui ont découvert un restaurant étoilé pour leurs 80 ans. Un menu équilibré, sans artifices, dans la tradition culinaire française ou le goût est au centre du repas. A noter un excellent accord mets et vins. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les cuissons notamment celle du cabillaud qui mettent le produit en valeur.

We went to this restaurant for the second time and always delighted. We ate very well. The cuisine is “simple” in the sense that the product is highlighted without being unstructured. And I really appreciate that. On the other hand, it is enhanced by sought-after flavors, full of colors and flavors. The fact that the products come from the chef's garden and are therefore extra fresh is a great bonus. The chef masters cooking cod to perfection. It didn't take 3 seconds more or 3 seconds less. Nothing to complain about the service either which is impeccable and a maître d'hôtel who masters wines from grape varieties throughout France. I recommend 100%
