An excellent experience. Exquisite dishes with sublime flavors. It is without a shadow of a doubt one of my favorite restaurants. Congratulations to the chef and his entire team. The service is of high quality.

An incredible experience. From the service to the tasting, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! Real taste discoveries but also in terms of textures. A great address to do. Little extra: we were in the small room on the right which only had 5 tables with ours so it was really very pleasant and intimate.

Very good restaurant, market menu with no competition at this price for a double star. The other reasonably priced menus are original. I highly recommend it even if you have to break the bank.

Going for two stars when leaving the Fleurance astronomy festival, what could be more logical! And really this (g)astronomical quest is extremely effective: the two stars are located in one of these splendid and tiny villages that the Gers carefully preserves away from the great summer transhumances. Right next to the church, in the middle of the village, a discreet setting houses a gem taken over by a (almost) local child. In its small, warm and soberly decorated room, delicate, tasty and inventive cuisine awaits you, with a clear tendency towards land-sea hybridization, some sea spray from Normandy having found its way to the Gascon hills. We will be seduced by this lobster carefully presented on a mayonnaise seasoned with Louisiana spices, then dazzled by a pigeon whose savory force is very delicately attenuated by a tender sweetness of cooking which is undoubtedly a little magical. We end with a landing at the summit of Olympus (certainly currently well occupied by our national champions of the summer of medals) thanks to this semi-bitter frozen chocolate which outrageously dominates an anthology Liège chocolate! Because it is always possible to go further, the installation of a sauce spoon will allow gourmets to better enjoy the power of sauces, without having to force themselves to mix these nectars with the bread crumbs . But really, a great happiness offered by this journey of pure hedonism, whose emotional transports are largely guided by the judicious choices of the sommelier, who was finally able to escape the Scandinavian rigors to find Occitania.

Excellent experience. In this small village there is a superb restaurant with more than 40 years of existence. A simple, warm, professional southwest atmosphere. A superb land and sea stroll. Quite rare in a 2 star, a possibility of dining and discovering excellence with a very affordable first menu. a cuisine of great finale. Finally when we finish with the meeting of the chef and his wife, we understand why we had such a good time. As always when a restaurant has 2 stars in a less touristy area, it's because the quality is in the cuisine and the welcome. Well done see you soon.

Surprenant ce bel établissement dans un petit village. Sur la route de Auch, nous avons paradoxalement eu un peu de mal à le trouver. Et pourtant le village n’est pas grand. Le GPS nous a bien baladé. Accueil charmant. Salle agréable, les tables étaient bien espacées. Personnel à la hauteur d’un 2 étoiles, sommelier très pro, il nous a fait découvrir de belles choses. Les assiettes étaient magnifiques, justes, une maîtrise parfaite des cuissons, beaucoup d’originalité. Nous avons adoré ce moment passé au Puits St Jacques.

Nous avons déjeuné dans ce restaurant. Un excellent accueil, un service très agréable et surtout très professionnel. Une excellente Cuisine pleine de surprises. Aucune hésitation, à faire absolument.
