Le QG sur La Grande-Motte

The setting is definitely the highlight of this beachfront restaurant, with a lovely, comfortable little terrace – the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a beautiful view. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my salad, which was fresh, generous, and flavorful. However, my friends were a little disappointed with their dishes, particularly the mussels and the tapas platter, which tasted like they were made from frozen ingredients and didn't quite live up to their expectations. This is a shame for a beachfront restaurant, where one naturally expects very fresh products. Another minor complaint was the €5 fries; we were expecting homemade fries, which would have added real value. Finally, the tables were cleared rather haphazardly throughout the meal, giving us the impression that they were rushing to finish. This is a pity, because with such a pleasant setting, you naturally want to take your time. A mixed experience, but with real potential thanks to its exceptional location.

I went to dinner at QG in La Grande-Motte with my daughter on the evening of July 14th. Despite a full terrace, the staff remained smiling, relaxed, and very professional. It was a real pleasure to spend the evening in such a pleasant atmosphere. It's rare, on such a busy evening, not to feel the pressure of service. Here, everything was perfectly managed. As for the food, it was excellent, with high-quality, well-prepared dishes. A truly wonderful place that we will return to with great pleasure, without any hesitation!
