A wonderful discovery. From arrival to departure, the service is impeccable. Estelle takes care of each guest and ensures everything is perfectly orchestrated. The sommelier offers excellent advice, particularly on wine pairings, and also provides insightful commentary on each dish. And what can I say about the dishes prepared with originality, flavor, and flair by Chef Maxime? Every bite is a delight. A must-try in the region; I highly recommend it.
