Excellent restaurant, a small menu but one that offers incredibly fresh dishes made with quality ingredients, original recipes (in the best sense of the word 😉) from appetizer to dessert. Perfect wine pairings. Very good value for money.

A very warm welcome and attentive service in a cozy and intimate dining room. We opted for the tasting menu, which was excellent, with a particular highlight being the cheese course. Our only slight reservation was the crumble topping, which was present in several dishes.

21/07/2026: Always excellent, from the food to the welcome and service! Marie-Pierre recommended a wine pairing that perfectly complemented the dishes! We will of course book again on our next visit to Les Sables d'Olonne.
