Théo and Gauthier gave me a fantastic welcome! Smiles, simplicity, and friendliness! It was my first time there, and Théo introduced me to his favorite cocktail. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Toulouse.

Professionalism is guaranteed, and the food is really great. I've been coming here for over 25 years; the atmosphere is always fantastic. I highly recommend this place for after-work drinks or lively evenings. I would even recommend it in Montpellier, where I've lived for 15 years.

This bar is a Carmes institution! Lovely waiters, great tapas on the terrace, and a fantastic atmosphere. You feel right at home in the Latin Quarter!
