A true Toulouse institution. Exceptional staff who go the extra mile. Thank you to Jean-François for his warm welcome, and to the artistic director, Gautier, who was fantastic! Professionalism is guaranteed, and the food is really great. I've been coming here for over 25 years; the atmosphere is always fantastic. I highly recommend this place for after-work drinks or lively evenings. I would even recommend it in Montpellier, where I've lived for 15 years.

This bar is a Carmes institution! Lovely waiters, great tapas on the terrace, and a fantastic atmosphere. You feel right at home in the Latin Quarter!

A fantastic "hotspot" in Toulouse!

A neighborhood institution. Impeccable and a must-visit. Over a very good bottle of wine, the professional and excellent bartender will let you enjoy a superb rib of beef for €59 (1.2kg of locally sourced Limousin or Salers beef) which he will grill right before your eyes (he's multi-skilled and an expert in achieving the perfect doneness). It's fantastic, absolutely top-notch. Thank you.
