We shared a family moment on December 26th, enjoying a pre-ordered meal. Everything was excellent: the meat and fish were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The decor was cozy, and the service was pleasant. I highly recommend it! 😊

A huge thank you for the warm welcome, the time taken to explain the menu and find suitable dishes to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Everything is homemade, even the whipped cream! 😊😜 We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the welcome was fantastic, and the food was absolutely superb. The price was more than reasonable. A great find! You can go there without hesitation. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back with the family.

30/12/2025: This hotel and restaurant is truly top-notch. We slept well, ate well, and the location is perfect between Colmar and Strasbourg. We visited the Christmas markets in the surrounding villages and were absolutely dazzled. I highly recommend this place. However, if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, I recommend making a reservation as it's always packed.
28/12/2025: I rarely leave reviews after my visits, but this establishment deserves one. The service is pleasant, the food is very tasty, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it!
