Le Rapp sur Colmar

A huge thank you! We came with a 4-year-old and the stay was fantastic. Little touches were thought of for children (a child-friendly pool, a breakfast area, a small gift, and children's shower gel). The room was perfect, the breakfast was superb, and the welcome was warm and professional. A huge thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. A truly delightful experience! One thing is for sure: we will be back!

We stayed one night at the hotel (5 people - 3 rooms). Perfect location between the train station and the city center. The corner hotel overlooks two very quiet streets. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The rooms and pool area are very pleasant (even during the renovations). A nice selection of wines and spirits, which we enjoyed on the small terrace as an aperitif. Finally, the breakfast was good and varied. We will return if the opportunity arises.

It was being renovated, but despite that, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the location was perfect (at the entrance to the old town and 100 meters from a parking lot). The pool was magnificent. The breakfast was excellent.

Positive aspects - Very good location - Large parking garage next door - Friendly staff, 24-hour reception - Charming bar area - Pool access included - Good communication Negative aspects - Spa area very small, water rather cold, no real seating options - Everything is a bit dated, BUT they are working on renovations - Glass bathroom door that doesn't close properly (not ideal 😅) All in all, absolutely fine. Just be aware that it's not a spa hotel, and you'll be perfectly satisfied. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Rapp! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. A pleasant surprise: we were upgraded to a brand new, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable room. A real bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied, and of very high quality. There was something for everyone, with fresh, local products—a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed the swimming pool: the water was a little chilly for our liking, but the atmosphere was pleasant and conducive to relaxation. The hotel is also very well located.
