Personally, I had a Camembert with honey and herbs. I can't fault it; the plate was generous and delicious. Great value for money for lunch in Seignosse.

I've been loyal to the green section for over 10 years: the dishes offered are varied, everything is delicious and plentiful (whether it's burgers, fish, meat, or salads...), the team is attentive and the service is impeccable even when they are busy. You only have to see the restaurant, which is always full, to realize the quality of the establishment. Long live the green section!

A real treat at Le Rayon Vert restaurant! We had a great evening with the family: the dishes were excellent, the children loved their menu (a real plus, well thought out for them) and everyone had a great time. The service was fast, without excessive waiting, which made the moment even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience, we will come back with great pleasure!

08/07/2025: A wonderful family experience for our daughter's birthday: a relaxing and pleasant setting, generous, tasty, and original dishes, and excellent service from very professional, attentive, and friendly staff. We recommend it 100%. One small point for improvement: the service was a bit slow. The wait between courses was a bit long.
