Le Regalivou sur Saint-Etienne-De-Tinee

Le Régalivou is a restaurant in a beautiful Alpine setting with plenty of outdoor seating in the charming village of St. Etienne. The locals in this town raved about this restaurant and we were, honestly, a little skeptical because on our last French Alpine villages tour, we had a hard time finding good meals. This was such a nice surprise. We started with a cheese board and a greens salad that had fried cheese, tomatoes. Both were delicious. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, that had a very thin crispy crust, all the toppings were well balanced and flavorful. One of my favorite pizzas ever, made by a master of a chef Timothée. We also all loved our friendly waiter, Alexander, who served all eleven of us in such a friendly and efficient manner. Other dishes our table ordered and enjoyed are the Magret de canard rôti the canard, entrecôte, and vegetarian burger. By the way, we didn't stay at the hotel, we just ate at the restaurant.
