Warm atmosphere. Efficient service and welcoming staff. A very diverse menu that meets everyone's tastes. Land, Sea, pizza, salads, sauerkraut, etc. a real urban brasserie.

The place is superbly lit for parties, it's very nice upstairs as far as I'm concerned, I found it a little noisy, too bad the waiter wasn't very smiling and my dishes weren't hot enough, it was better last time

Special card for public holidays which is of course more expensive and with fewer possible choices. Very noisy.

Nous avons dîné 2 fois dans ce restaurant (au début et à la fin de notre séjour à Tours). Personnel très aimable , arrangeant et service rapide (surtout la première fois). Le cadre est soigné, les plats sont délicieux, les toilettes sont propres. Je recommande +++

Très déçue par la qualité des huîtres manifestement pas fraîches (aucune ne bougeait), et l'absence de pain de seigle pour les accompagner.

12/09/2024: From start to finish this meal was fantastic. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, wonderful presentation. We loved the quaint atmosphere of the bistro and the service was very good and patient with out lack of the French language. If you visit Tours, Les Negociants is a must do.
