I am very shocked. You are quick to applaud when people say good things about you. But there while your colleague disrespects an octogenarian, radio silence. I have loved this brewery for many years; Master Kanter before you. But my wife and I will set sail if this type of behavior finds your approval. Great, great shame...
The days follow each other and are not the same. It is better to be served by students. Today in the large room, probably a boss, reprimands us: "No need to talk with your mouth full" when I asked for the bill and when I explained it, bang! “I didn’t ask you for an explanation.” “Make good use of this comment.
We are regulars. This is to give a tip of the hat to the students who serve like professionals, in particular Sophie, Pierre and the others. Well done and thank you. David

Classic cuisine without effort, neither in content nor in taste. Expensive and not plentiful meal, poor children's menu, unworked Caesar salad mostly lettuce, free-range chicken, little effort on taste but in quantitative terms leaves something to be desired!
Normal service, nothing special, apart from the fact that it feels like a chain... not really hospitable, very neutral and sober with a facial expression "you choose, you pay and you're gone" allow the expression. In short, just in relation to the advantageous positioning of the restaurant, a tourist or transit trap.

Far too expensive for the meal served.
20€ for a 5A andouillette with a shallot sauce, a - small - basket of industrial fries and an equally industrial cherry tomato lost in the middle of the plate without a salad leaf for the green side. So certainly the andouille was good, but it's really petty. If at least the fries were homemade...
The same goes for my partner: €20 for a confit duck leg in the oven accompanied by a few potatoes, well cooked, it must be admitted, and accompanied by a real Béarnaise sauce.
First and last time I eat in this restaurant: the setting is nice for having a drink, but for eating it is clearly excessive in terms of prices.
Furthermore, even though, once the order was placed, the service was relatively fast, we waited 30 minutes before we were taken care of, knowing that we were the first seated and that other customers were served before us.
Go ahead if you're looking for the right value for money.

Nous avons dîné 2 fois dans ce restaurant (au début et à la fin de notre séjour à Tours).
Personnel très aimable , arrangeant et service rapide (surtout la première fois).
Le cadre est soigné, les plats sont délicieux, les toilettes sont propres.
Je recommande +++

Très déçue par la qualité des huîtres manifestement pas fraîches (aucune ne bougeait), et l'absence de pain de seigle pour les accompagner.
