We were a family of seven and we came for dinner yesterday, Thursday, December 10th, having booked our table in advance.
The charming Gwenolée took excellent care of us throughout our meal, which went very well.
We had sauerkraut, lobster salad, seafood sauerkraut, scallops with chorizo cream sauce, and pan-fried prawns. For dessert, we had crème brûlée, brioche, and rum baba... everything was very well prepared, very fresh, and full of delicious flavors.
The service was quick, efficient, and always with a smile. We were very satisfied with our dinner and will return with our family as soon as possible.

The ham hock with sauerkraut was excellent and far too generous (but I only left the bone…), the butcher's meat was very tender, the Liège coffee superb, and the rum baba (it's a shame the rum bottle contained too much syrup…). But the Saumur-Champigny was generous in aromas, and the waiters were friendly and energetic!

While passing through Tours, I discovered this place and highly recommend it.
The service was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect, and as for the food, you definitely get your money's worth. Delicious, generous portions made with top-quality ingredients. It was a real treat. Definitely worth a visit.

We had lunch today, December 9th, 2025. Everything was fine until my salad arrived. So I started eating alone. After 5 minutes, no steak and fries for my husband; 10 minutes later, still no dish for him. 15 minutes later, still nothing… despite asking the manager again. I had almost finished my meal, and eureka! After 20 minutes, the long-awaited dish finally arrived… Our neighbors made fun of us, given the circumstances.
In short, not great at all, and a real feeling of having been forgotten. Which is true!
So, no desire to come back. What a shame…
