Restaurant tested this evening. Everything was very very good, happy to live not very far away! We will come back once the summer season is over :)

The restaurant setting is very pleasant.
Waiters welcoming, polite, and very attentive.
However, the service was extremely long (40 minutes of waiting for 6 hot dishes at 1:30 p.m., justifying the wait by the rush hour (5 tables full, 20 seats outside).
Of the 6 hot dishes requested, two were supposed to be "well cooked".
We point out to the waiters that they are rare, who immediately take the plates back to the kitchen, they come back still rare.
However, we were entitled to extra fries, a coffee and a glass of wine offered to apologize, which was very nice.
Special mention for the desserts and fries which were excellent.

Opinion only for the restaurant: very good quality, everything is homemade and delicious. The place is peaceful, clean and pleasant. The staff was very professional and available even if I found them too serious. I was with a friend, I will come back with family.

Clean, quiet hotel room and very comfortable beds: we sleep very, very well.
Central location of the hotel in Paimpont but also close to the main hiking trails. Complete and quality breakfast. Tasty dinner: the cod with nettles was an original delight! The spa is a real plus!

Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant in a cosy village. Sufficient private parking. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room bit tiny and overprised but restaurant very good and value for money. Food at breakfast and diner was of high quality. Overall we had a good stay and will remember this accommodation when visiting the region in future.

Ce restaurant vaut largement le détour, voire le déplacement, si vous rechercher une cuisine gastronomique à un prix accessible et dans un cadre très agréable. Les plats proposés provoquent un feu d’artifice de saveurs et de couleurs. Le Service est impeccable.

Quelle découverte ! Les papilles explosent grâce aux alliances raffinées de parfums et de saveurs.
Le nouveau chef Jean Alexandre Ouaratta nous a ravis.
