12/07/2026: It's Sunday, July 12th, and we were lucky enough to get a table without waiting. We received a warm welcome, and the starters, main courses, and dessert were extraordinary, along with a lovely little digestif 🤣. This is our third time there, and it's always top-notch! Thank you to the whole team, you're the best!
06/07/2026: Nothing special, the menu is always the same and the fish is frozen. I don't recommend it.

A true gem in the heart of Brittany! 🧚♀️🌿
We discovered La Fée Gourmande in Paimpont and what a delightful surprise! The setting is simply idyllic, warm, and charming, perfectly capturing the spirit of Brocéliande. You immediately feel at ease, as if in a little enchanted interlude. ✨
The service is absolutely top-notch: a smiling, friendly, and attentive team, with a genuine good humor that's a joy to behold. And despite a full restaurant, the service remains quick and efficient, which is truly appreciated.
And then there are the galettes and crêpes… 🤤 A real treat! Flavorful ingredients, original and perfectly executed combinations, as beautiful as they are delicious. You can tell there's a real desire to offer something different, while still respecting the spirit of a traditional Breton crêperie. 🥞❤️
In short, an address we wholeheartedly recommend! If you're passing through Brocéliande, stop by: the setting, the welcome, and especially the food are well worth the detour!

29/07/2026: Passing through Bréhal, we found a fantastic brasserie! Homemade food – what a pleasure to find fresh tomatoes from the market next door in a salad, plenty of Emmental cheese, ham, and just a touch of lettuce (a nice change)!! Well done!
So we ordered the floating island dessert, which was once again delicious because it was homemade. There's no comparison between homemade crème anglaise and the store-bought kind. Kudos to the chef and the waitress! 😜😜
24/07/2026: The owner gave us a lukewarm welcome, but the waitress Cindy's kindness quickly made us forget that. We ordered the two daily specials. A pleasant surprise: the chef at this crêperie is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

16/08/2026: I'd like to share a brief thought.
I completely understand that in France, the only language citizens are required to use is French. Okay, that makes sense. However, if you work in a town that relies on tourism, both domestic and international, and you serve people from different backgrounds and languages... Isn't it reasonable that if a customer asks to speak to you in English because they don't know French (English isn't their native language either, but at least they can get by), you should make the effort to understand them and respond in English as well? Especially if all they've asked for is a coffee, nothing more.
I don't know, I just can't understand how such rude people choose the hospitality industry as their livelihood. I suppose everyone has their own circumstances, and you have to make a living somehow, after all.

06/08/2026: A little break from our sightseeing... We enjoyed the magic of the place, which has an old-world charm combined with a distinctly feminine touch in its decor... A lovely break that I highly recommend, quite unlike the neighboring street-side terraces... Special mention to the sweet mandarins, and to the hornet catcher...

01/09/2024: This restaurant is a very, very nice discovery and a festival for the taste buds from aperitif to dessert, we particularly appreciated the subtlety of the flavors. If we add the kindness of the welcome and the pleasant setting, our satisfaction was complete!

15/09/2024: Being a fan of good restaurants and real restaurants because if I have to eat frozen I might as well eat at home. We made the road from Laval to Paimpont rein only to come and eat last night no regrets we were delighted good welcome impeccable service and the meal excellent very very good exquisite meat we took t-bone too good a fine wow, and what can we say about the cooks, seeing them at work in front of the fireplace is a spectacle. Bravo to you we will come back good luck

01/08/2024: Nous avons bien mangé. Par contre nous n’avions que très peu de choix. Il y avait uniquement un menu avec un choix entre 2 entrées et 2 plats de résistance ce qui est assez limité malheureusement. Mais les plats étaient très bien pour le prix demandé. En dessert choix entre fromages (très bons) ou 2 desserts à base de glace. Niveau ambiance la salle intérieure est agréable. Par contre nous étions en terrasse et elle était vraiment très basique, il y beaucoup mieux à faire. Personnel accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
29/05/2024: Excellent à quasi tout point de vue. On y reviendra avec plaisir. Impératif de réserver.
Merci de maintenir ce niveau de qualité nous avons besoin de cela à Paimpont.
