A magnificent hotel with beautiful rooms, including a very well-preserved staircase. The welcome was wonderful and the entire team was incredibly attentive. We had dinner there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious enough. We had an excellent weekend.

First time for us, we spent a night with dinner and breakfast. A place that has retained its authenticity, with its fireplace, its magnificent original staircase, and other objects that reveal the history of this iconic Lacaune landmark. Well done for preserving and renovating this place with such respect. The welcome was perfect. The bar has a wide selection, including some local products. Enjoying an aperitif in the lounge was such a pleasant moment. The room was clean, comfortable, well-heated, with a small balcony. Excellent! Dinner was a wonderful discovery! Beautifully presented dishes, delicious food, and incredibly high-quality ingredients. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive. You can feel the kindness and human touch in this establishment. My partner and I have been going on romantic getaways for years, but this hotel-restaurant is the best we've experienced. The setting, the quality of the service, and the warm hospitality are all exceptional.
