Very good restaurant. I highly recommend. I enjoyed myself and the staff were very friendly.

Very beautiful place. Restaurant side, magnificent room. Perfect service. Waiters smiling and attentive. Question meal very good only one downside that I would say is the aligot gratin which loses all its creaminess because of the gratin. Sujection serve the aligot in a black bowl as is. Otherwise I recommend this restaurant.

Very good stay at the Relais de Fusiès. A place with a lot of charm, we were very well received and very kind. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, the restaurant is excellent. A superb address to recharge your batteries, we highly recommend it!

Very good personal welcome, welcoming and warm! Hotel full of old-fashioned charm! The room is small but largely functional and clean. Perhaps lacking a little insulation but it's still OK. In terms of cuisine, very good meal. Dishes to work. I can no longer enjoy a fireplace while playing the board games provided. Good value for money.

Nous avons déjeuné un midi à l'intérieur. Il y a aussi une belle terrasse ombragée, mais un peu bruyante. 'ous avons pris le menu à 34€. Nappe et serviettes en tissus blanches. Très bon service. Plats bien cuisinés. Bien présentés. Je recommande

Nous avons choisi ce restaurant un peu au hasard, en faisant confiance aux avis qui étaient majoritairement positifs. Nous n’avons pas regretté. Contrastant avec l’animation à Lacaune un jour de14 juillet, nous avons trouvé un cadre reposant, anti-stress, sur la terrasse ombragée. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et du service, et la relation sympathique qui s’est naturellement établie avec le personnel. Le repas était très bien, rien à redire mais une anecdote mérite d’être racontée. Une personne de notre groupe est tombée sur un morceau de viande nerveux (alors que les autres étaient excellents). Spontanément, le responsable a proposé d’en servir un autre. Tout s’est fait avec le sourire, et le geste a été grandement apprécié. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Je recommande cet établissement
