Le Relais de la Gare sur Alleyras

Passing through on the GR470, I stopped at the bar, recharged my phone, and picked up a few supplies at the grocery store. There were two young men there, a juggler and his brother (Félix, if I remember correctly; I can't recall the older brother's name), and it was a joy to listen to them chatting with such rare kindness and maturity. A third man arrived (Ange), as friendly as his name suggests. They talked about this and that, not a single swear word. Just three happy, well-mannered young people in this unspoiled little village. I just wanted to share this memory.

Thank you to the owner and his son for the quality of the food and their warm, welcoming hospitality. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the roast pork with chanterelles. A truly wonderful experience; we hope they continue in the same spirit.

A very pleasant surprise at this restaurant, which welcomed us despite our late hour. There was a slight wait while they went to pick the vegetables from the garden, but it was well worth it—everything was delicious! I particularly recommend the Ardèche-style sundae! I'll definitely be back.

We were welcomed by the father and son, passionate and very warm people. We also had a very good meal. To accompany our fondue, we received excellent advice on the local wine and digestif.

Hello, I came yesterday for a drink and today to try your homemade ice cream. I was very pleased with the exquisite taste of your ice cream. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a sundae with a scoop of chocolate, blueberry, and coconut, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. My partner had a sundae with pineapple, mirabelle plum, and apricot. I highly recommend that anyone in the area visit Le Relais de la Gare. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The interior is tastefully decorated. There's also a small grocery store attached to the bar and restaurant.

The food was excellent, and the service was also good, with a young waiter who did a great job! There was a vegetarian option, which isn't always easy to find, so I was very happy! The homemade ice cream was delicious.

We received a very warm welcome. The dishes (homemade cuisine) were excellent and generous, filled with fresh, local produce. I highly recommend it.
