Discovered thanks to a post on the @epicu.besancon page, we were delighted. We'll definitely be back. Everything was delicious. Good local produce, flavorful dishes, beautiful presentation, impeccable service. Everything is there for excellent value.

We went on December 31st and the experience was truly outstanding. The food is excellent, expertly prepared, with beautifully presented dishes from start to finish. But what deserves special mention is the service: there were only two of them managing two dining rooms, and yet everything ran perfectly. No downtime, no visible stress, impeccable timing, and a team that was both efficient and very friendly. Frankly impressive, especially on a night like New Year's Eve. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return.
