Very warm welcome and good meal

An invitation I gladly accepted. The setting was very pleasant but a bit rigid and the atmosphere cold. The food, however, was a very pleasant surprise.

Discovered thanks to a post on the @epicu.besancon page, we were delighted. We'll definitely be back. Everything was delicious. Good local produce, flavorful dishes, beautiful presentation, impeccable service. Everything is there for excellent value.

Quality at every level. A restaurant to discover or rediscover. Thank you, it was perfect.

The presentation of the dishes whetted the appetite. The Arctic char with its sublime sauce. The guinea fowl, whose presentation and taste were surprising. Once again, a flawless lunch. We will definitely return.
