In short, I highly recommend this restaurant; everything is there: the welcome, the service, the dishes are excellent, what more can I say? It's worth the detour.

🌟 An exceptional culinary and historical journey! We had a wonderful time at Le Prévoté restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: the place is simply magnificent, steeped in a rich history dating back to the 15th century. The terrace is particularly charming, offering an intimate and peaceful setting. On the plate, the quality is impeccable. The cuisine borders on gastronomic: the dishes are refined, flavorful, and presented with remarkable care. Pleasure is guaranteed with every bite! Special mention goes to the wine selection: the food and wine pairings are remarkably precise and perfectly complement the meal. To top it all off, the service is impeccable, attentive, and professional without being inflexible. A must-visit in Gray for lovers of good food and beautiful places. We will return with immense pleasure!

It's 39°, so what do we do...go out to lunch. We have stayed in Gray on the banks of the Saone..we get the morning breeze and then put the a/c on in the arvo. After many days of this heat instead of going crazy..lunch seemed a great idea! This " La Prevole Eco- Restaurant " was recommended by French Gray residents.. and although a little expensive..so so well worth it! One of the best restaurants in Gray and the surrounding area! Several visits and never disappointed, quite the opposite. Elegant and varied cuisine, and a team that takes excellent care of its staff. 👌🏼👌🏼
