There's still room for improvement to maintain consistency and the possibility of further development. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable for this type of service and cuisine. The decor is lovely, and the bread is good quality. They also have a nice little wine list. We'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting.

🌟 An exceptional culinary and historical journey! We had a wonderful time at Le Prévoté restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: the place is simply magnificent, steeped in a rich history dating back to the 15th century. The terrace is particularly charming, offering an intimate and peaceful setting. On the plate, the quality is impeccable. The cuisine borders on gastronomic: the dishes are refined, flavorful, and presented with remarkable care. Pleasure is guaranteed with every bite! Special mention goes to the wine selection: the food and wine pairings are remarkably precise and perfectly complement the meal. To top it all off, the service is impeccable, attentive, and professional without being inflexible. A must-visit in Gray for lovers of good food and beautiful places. We will return with immense pleasure!

It's 39°, so what do we do...go out to lunch. We have stayed in Gray on the banks of the Saone..we get the morning breeze and then put the a/c on in the arvo. After many days of this heat instead of going crazy..lunch seemed a great idea! This " La Prevole Eco- Restaurant " was recommended by French Gray residents.. and although a little expensive..so so well worth it!
