We had a wonderful weekend at the Relais de Pouilly for our grandmother's birthday. We were a group of 55 people, including children, and we ate and stayed there for two days. The staff was absolutely outstanding: pleasant, patient, smiling, and always in good spirits despite the size of our group. We felt welcomed with great kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay. The food was excellent, the rooms very comfortable, and the beautiful grounds made our stay even more enjoyable. The children's play area was a real bonus and allowed the whole family to fully enjoy the place in a relaxed atmosphere. A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional welcome and for the quality of your service. Thanks to you, we had a truly perfect, warm, and family-friendly time. A very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. The staff are welcoming and attentive, making for a particularly pleasant stay. The garden is charming and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Bicycles are available upon request for lovely rides along the Loire River. All this at a very reasonable price. Ideal for business trips. See you soon! 👍🏻

My stay at this hotel was a wonderful surprise. I travel a lot, and here I found a place I would gladly return to. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. It's the first time I've encountered such professional staff who truly listen to their guests. I highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars across the board.

The service was impeccable: the team was attentive, professional, and always smiling. As for the hotel itself, the cleanliness was exemplary, both in the rooms and the common areas. Finally, the quality of the food deserves special mention: delicious dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with high-quality ingredients. A place I would recommend without hesitation! ---
