Lots of advertising and positive reviews???? On August 6, 2026, I was very disappointed by the calf's head with vegetables and gribiche sauce. The potatoes had been cooked for ages! As for the rest, it had no flavor. Unbelievable for a region where calf's head is so common. Furthermore, we were forgotten about our main course, hence the wait.... The wait for dessert was also unjustified. We will not be returning. Sorry.

Sorry we can't give it a 5/5, we must have gone on an off day! Several issues marred our visit. The service was mediocre (the waiter seemed a bit lost, maybe he was new?). They forgot the bread and didn't ask what we wanted to drink. As for the food, the eggs meurette were cold and one portion was missing mushrooms. The egg buffet had hard-boiled eggs but no mayonnaise, and my fries must have been made with baby potatoes. That said, we had a decent meal and the price was good. As locals, we'll give it another try.

We stopped for lunch during a road trip in our VW T2B campervan along the Route Bleue. Excellent place: quality service and a superb €17.80 set menu. I recommend the calf's head with gribiche sauce. A must-try if you're interested in the Trente Glorieuses (the thirty glorious years of post-war economic boom) and the good old days of traffic jams on the N7 (you have to take it whether you're going to Rome or Sète, whether there are two, three, four, five, six, or seven of you). As soon as we get the chance, we'll stop there again!

Thank you, Chef! We had a wonderful meal; the food offered exceptional value for money. All the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, everything was homemade, and the cooking and sauces were perfectly executed, all in a legendary setting. I highly recommend it.

Excellent specialties, notably eggs meurette and kidneys

A long-held dream finally realized!! Having lunch at the Relais 200 Bornes. A legendary spot for those who frequent the N7. A real treat in a vintage setting. You can feel the nostalgia and the love for classic cars, which are welcomed without hesitation. I would have loved to come with my old 1958 Frégate, but that will have to wait for another time. Come and enjoy delicious salads and tasty meats.

We came for lunch and had a very good meal. The menu was decent, with tasty meat and homemade fries—not frozen! However, the cooking was just right. And when the owner tells you that she prepares and carves the meat herself, you can tell she knows her stuff. Well done! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back.

The N7, the road of holidays, nostalgia. This hotel brings back memories of years gone by, the perfect way to start your vacation. Isn't that a lovely memory? Completely renovated with air-conditioned rooms, nothing fancy but spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast, very welcoming staff. The next morning, a gathering of classic cars in their parking lot. A real treat. Thank you to the owners for bringing the N7 back to life.

Good morning, very nice dining room, top-notch staff. Just one small comment: the fried food was too salty. It would be better to serve it without salt and let the customer add it to their liking. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We'll be back in two weeks. See you soon!
