Le Relais Fleuri sur Savines-Le-Lac

07/09/2024: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming. And what about the view of the lake and the mountains, it enhances waking up. As for the restaurant, the food is good and the service is impeccable. I recommend.

25/08/2024: A restaurant that we regret not having visited sooner. In Embrunais for more than 50 years, we have never had the idea, until today, of coming to spend a moment there. We celebrated a birthday and everything was perfect. In addition to the extraordinary view of the lake and its surroundings, the terrace is magnificent. The staff is professional, friendly, smiling, patient and attentive. If the classic spritz is good, the limoncello one also deserves special attention. The sharing platters brightened up the aperitif with their presentation, but also with the quality of the products offered. Before starting the meal, we were treated to a very pleasant appetizer (verrine). The dishes are tasty and delicately presented. A real pleasure for the eyes before the pleasure of the taste buds 😛 The red tomato and yellow mozzarella tartare is awesome. The three other dishes were unanimously very popular: grilled piece of beef, fresh fish (salmon) and crispy Caesar salad. As for the birthday cakes made by the restaurant’s own chef, a real treat. Excellent 🤩 We tried the staff's patience a little by leaving the table around 5 p.m., but not a single comment was made to us. Really great! Needless to say, we thank this restaurant for the great time we had and we recommend it without reservation.
