I arrived very late in Paris and found this beautiful place open until 2 am! The food is good, perhaps the menu is a little limited but it has something for all tastes. Super friendly attention. I had no problem getting what I wanted even though I don't speak French 😀
Great people watching spot. We enjoyed drinks and a charcuterie board whilst watching life go by. (One of our group also got the French onion soup and said it was lovely.) Staff were friendly, very reasonable prices, especially given proximity to both railway stations. Happy hour prices were even better!
Passing through the area before taking my train, I just discovered Le Titi Parisien, a bistro located near the Gare du Nord, and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is warm, with an authentically Parisian decor. The restaurant offers the usual formulas found in bistros at very reasonable prices given the cuisine offered. For my part, the meat and fries were good. The only downside I noticed is that the service can be a little slow at times, but that didn't ruin my experience. I recommend this restaurant for those looking for a good meal in a setting where you will be well received by the staff. I went there around 1 p.m. and it was very quiet so no problem getting a table.
Me and my husband went to the Le Titi Parisien several times during our trip to Paris back in January 2024.
Typical bistro ambience, not super chic but très sympa and a nice and city atmosphere. What I really loved was that there was a big cuddly bear sitting at one of the tables and it also got it's own drink - how cute is that? :D
The waiters were super friendly and you would always get more baguette with your food if you were still hungry.
I had the escargots, the charcuterie board, aperol spritz and white wine. My husband had steak and burgers. We were very satisfied with our food.
Also very reasonable prices, especially in Paris!
We would definitely come again!
An advice for your own travels:
When you ask for a carafe d'eau you'll get a bottle of water for free, that's something that I like in France! So convenient.
