This pub is really nice, good music, a superb general mood. Quality service and the bartenders too. Prices are affordable. The little extra? A games table and football matches are on TV.

Étrange bar de la place de la contrescarpe, très serré et alambiqué. La paiement par carte était en panne 🤔 la salle du bas possède une acoustique étrange et l'escalier est très dangereux. Sinon les cocktails sont sympas.

On n’en sort pas toujours indemne. Mais c’est assurément un bar extrêmement sympa. Où on peut rencontrer des tas de gens juste pour un soir et le lendemain chacun traverse les océans. Sur 2 soirées c’est 2 fois. Vraiment il y a un truc.

04/04/2024: This is the sort of place you’d go to savor a good brew. It’s the first place I’ve been to in Paris that does coffee this way, and they do an amazing job. I had a filtered grand cru with the dukale bombe village beans and the ladies here really know how to bring out the best of the bean - delicate, fruity with hints of jackfruit and berries, with low to mild acidity. My wife had an oat milk latte and it was incredibly smooth, with chocolaty and nutty notes. Definitely a place I highly recommend to coffee aficionados, and priced no higher nor lower than the other coffee houses I’ve been to around the world

09/03/2024: Chosen a little in spite but often pleasantly surprised Not here. .. service too fast and outdated cover Too bad the cold meats were good Make up your own mind
08/03/2024: Had a sandwich (half a baguette) and cafe gourmand at the comptoir. Both very good and Reasonable. It gets very busy so going before 12h10 is good.
