Le Restaurant Campanile sur Lille

We spent one night in this quiet hotel located near various restaurants. Clean and functional room. Nickel bathroom. Small downside: the mattress would need to be changed although that did not prevent us from having a good night's sleep. Small problem with the air conditioning, it is high time to change the box to turn on and regulate the air conditioning (completely broken), we had to use a pen to access the "on-off" buttons. Breakfast with quite a few choices. Very friendly staff.

Stay for work, very functional and clean room but above all a warm welcome from extremely attentive and friendly staff, all orchestrated by a very competent manager.

Too bad the walls are not soundproofed. At 6 a.m./7 a.m. woken up by guests 🫤 who speak out loud or move the layout of the room 😏. When I left, the receptionist did not ask me if my stay went well otherwise I would have spoken to her. To see if I will come back.

Good morning, Having spent two nights in June in this hotel, I highly recommend it due to the kindness of the staff and the welcome upon my arrival as well as the comfort of the rooms. Coming from Toulouse, I had no trouble finding its location, very easy to access and with several shops nearby. Small aside, when I left I had forgotten my glasses and they were immediately sent back to my home which not all hotels would have done. Thank you again for your welcome and your kindness. Perfect hotel, very clean! Only the mattress needs to be reviewed urgently because it is very uncomfortable... :/ the rest is perfect and the night receptionist was super nice.

A team and serious monitoring like the management which is at the top

The welcome is warm, and the food is good. The bedding nothing to say. But the bathroom is in serious need of updating.

We slept well and the breakfast service provided by Nicolas was top notch. He is very helpful and friendly (even when faced with a kind of crazy old woman who really bothered him today.) Thank you for your work which allows us to wake up with a smile and in excellent conditions.
