A beautiful little hotel with lots of charm and character. The ambiance of the old winery has real character and exudes tranquility and authenticity. The rooms are clean, unique, and lovingly decorated. The friendly, welcoming people who make the stay so pleasant deserve special mention. The wines from Chambres Et Gîtes Château Le Bouïs are excellent and perfectly complement the hotel's unique character. The value for money is fantastic. I would gladly stay again next time I'm passing through. 🍷🌿

Magnificent estate surrounded by vineyards, with superb sea views from the room. Quiet and relaxing location. Excellent restaurant with very good value for money, delicious estate wines and complimentary tasting. Very friendly and professional staff. A very nice address!

We loved it. Camille and the entire team were super friendly. We're happy to have been able to enjoy it with our dogs and will definitely be back. It was a last-minute booking, but I would definitely book it again. Thanks for everything, guys, great work.

We got married on September 6, 2025, at Château le Bouïs in Gruissan. ✨ We are so happy we chose this venue for our wedding: authentic, charming, with a magnificent view of the vineyards and the sea in the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed everything: the setting, the cocktail reception, the food, the service, the wines (a special mention for the white wine "Facing the Sea"), the evening, and the brunch the next day. We had 86 guests. We were also delighted with the welcome in the rooms. We had booked the Hortense Suite the day before for my preparations on the big day. Once again, a big thank you to the entire Bouïs team!

02/10/2025: It must be a nice and pleasant beach bar. Unfortunately, it wasn't open.
22/09/2025: A must-visit summer destination, I've been there several times this season without ever being disappointed. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly. The decor is simple and vintage, but it perfectly represents the establishment, making it authentic and welcoming. Reasonably priced for a beachfront hut 🌊 See you next year ☀️
