An exceptional place and regional cuisine. Certainly, the dishes are good and simple. Here, the focus is on flavor and local ingredients; the decor takes a backseat. Dynamic, friendly, and welcoming. The staff and management are top-notch. A family atmosphere and an idyllic setting. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A very warm welcome, a beautiful, well-maintained establishment with a lovely terrace out back (a rare find), near a waterfall. Perfect regional cuisine, cordial service, my wife and I were very well received, a wonderful time we'll definitely repeat. And excellent advice for our future hikes. Top-notch. We highly recommend it. Service finishes early in the evening, so plan to arrive by 7 pm.

23/08/2026: Passing through in early July, returning from a hike, for a beer, then a pastry and a coffee. Superb welcome, with the option to bring your own sandwich to enjoy with the beer and dessert. The prices are excellent value for money. I can't comment on the dormitory, as I didn't stay there. But it would be a 5-star experience, because even though the restaurant was rather basic, the setting is...simply magnificent.
21/08/2026: The staff are very welcoming, we will come back again on occasion and I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: First of all, a huge thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Pujo for their warm welcome and professionalism. A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. The breakfast was generous, and let's not forget the very pleasant waiter. We will gladly return; there is so much more to discover in this magnificent region of the Pyrenees. Sincerely, your guests from Aveyron.
