The welcome was excellent, the servers were perfect—discreet and kind. The food was incredibly good, and the desserts were perfect. I recommend it 100%; you can go there without hesitation.

A very tasty Christmas Eve dinner! Cozy atmosphere. A few minor points: we had to ask again for water and bread... the morel sauce was a bit too salty, and the presentation of the Yule log was minimalist, though excellent! The value for money was very average.

Fantastic evening! My boyfriend and I came for his birthday, and we weren't disappointed! The service was impeccable, the servers were lovely and eager to please. Special mention for the beef tartare and the kouign amann, which were simply delicious! Our compliments to the chef ;) The value for money is excellent. We'll definitely be back!

19/06/2026: Visited Le Hammam Biarritz after a long journey from New York City to Paris via Nice, then Paris to Biarritz. When we arrived, we were exhausted and looking to spend some time between our arrival and check in for our residence. The Hammam was PERFECT. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. They treated us with kindness and respect as we tried to communicate with them in the very little French we knew. The facilities were clean and fragrant. The Spring Reset service we received made our skin feel so soft and light. At the end, they served us a sweetened mint tea and a cookie. Truly an amazing and relaxing experience. If you are ever in Biarritz, I would HIGHLY recommend you visit here.
15/06/2026: A truly wonderful experience! Sandrine (ask for her) was professional from beginning to end of my short stay. I recommend this place without hesitation.
