There were three of us at the table. Excellent welcome, a clear menu without too many set menus or à la carte options. No wait. The waitress was excellent, very professional, and had a great sense of humor, taking excellent care of all of us.
We ordered two set menus and one dish from the à la carte menu. Everything flowed smoothly without any delays. Good food, lovely presentation.
I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

The hotel suite we booked for a small €20 supplement was impeccably clean, with a refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. The cuisine was exceptional, worthy of a gourmet restaurant, with a very good regional menu, and to top it all off, breakfast was excellent. In short, 10 out of 10 for the entire stay. We will gladly return.
The owners and staff go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel-restaurant. The establishment is ideally located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying your stay.
The staff is exceptionally attentive and caring, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. You truly feel welcome from beginning to end.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything you need for a restful night.

This review concerns only the restaurant. It's not our first time here, hence our disappointment. The food is decent, nothing special, certainly nothing like the rather gourmet experience I had in mind. A minor detail (or perhaps not), the dishes were served lukewarm. The young waitress who took care of our table was clearly inexperienced. She did her best, but the management is clearly lacking. When it came time to pay, she wasn't aware of the discount applicable to our table. She called her manager, who herself made several mistakes, and we later realized she had overcharged us by 6 euros... All of this highlights the shortcomings in management and the general lack of professionalism.
