We had a wonderful time at Le Richelieu restaurant in Bergerac. The welcome was warm, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and offered excellent advice. The dishes were delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented with care. Each plate was generous and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was pleasant and convivial, ideal for a meal with family, friends, or as a couple. The value for money was excellent, and the service was efficient without being rushed. A truly wonderful restaurant that I highly recommend. We will gladly return!

Having visited two years ago, we knew exactly what to expect. The cuisine is still as refined and satisfying as ever. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home in the charming setting of Bergerac's historic heart. A reliable address to enjoy a delicious baked egg, a perfectly pink duck breast, all while sipping a refreshing Périgord spritz.

In the midst of a number of restaurants in the centre of the tourist area of Bergerac, this restaurant shines through. Whilst others will push you to take a certain seat or menu choice, Le Richelieu are super helpful. On a very, very hot day, the staff moved all the tables around to ensure we all were in the shade and well cared for. I had the Burger, which for once did not come with Fries!! It came with a delightful ratatouille instead. If we come back to Bergerac, we will be back.

Le Vin'Quatre

30/07/2026: We decided to stop at Vin Quatre with our friends for lunch. The service was perfect; the young woman who looked after us was smiling, cheerful, and very friendly. A special mention goes to the gentleman who brought the dishes for our large table 😍 The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The chef, working alone in the kitchen, did a fantastic job from start to finish. Well done to your team! We will definitely return if we are ever in Sarlat again.

28/07/2026: We discovered La Blanche Hermine during a weekend in Bergerac. I highly recommend it!!! Welcoming and delicious at a more than reasonable price. The galettes are to die for. Despite being busy, there was no excessive wait. We went back the next day. :-) Top-notch
19/07/2026: At La Blanche Hermine, come one, come all! The cider is so good, it'll make you happy. The original crêpes are generous. The plate is empty. The body says, "That was good!" The heart says, "Thank you!" We'll be back. The team is super welcoming, smiling, and efficient. BRAVO! Every time, we have a wonderful meal. See you soon! Françoise
