The €6 croque-madame is absolutely delicious. The welcome was very warm. I don't understand the negative reviews above.
Plus, the brasserie serves crêpes at midday! I definitely recommend it!
While passing through Lille, we ate at Rihour's restaurant. The owner gave us a warm welcome. We weren't disappointed: generous portions, very tender meat, decent service, and a reasonable price. We recommend it.
The food was good quality, and the service was quick and efficient for a group of 40 people. The restaurant is a bit small and noisy when there are a lot of people, but it's perfectly adequate.
