An unfriendly waitress who cleared half the table when I hadn't finished my dessert.
This spoiled my enjoyment a bit because I felt like I had to hurry up and eat so she could finish clearing the table...

A cuisine revealing the perfectionism of the chef and his team, perfect balance between texture and flavors, rare know-how, thank you chef.
The service; Correct “French” without any particular friendliness. Except for one pleasant waitress, thanks to her and the chef. The rest is a bit factory.

Lunch on the terrace, the weather was nice, in the shade of the trees, fast service, smiling waitress, professional.
Simple but innovative and very well cooked menu, a treat for the taste buds,
Recommended, for an average price of around thirty euros per person with wine

Superb discovery in Saintes;
Clean restaurant from A to Z!
Perfect!
The waitress is great, the boss is dynamic and welcoming, a very interesting concept for wine (the carafe of wine is our choice)!
The lamb shank and profiteroles dessert still revives my lips ;)

Welcoming and dynamic owner, professional and pleasant waitresses, warm and beautiful and spacious room. Really quality lunch meal, real cuisine with careful and tasty presentation, generous portion, a restaurant with high standards. Truly a great discovery, recommended by a disinterested fellow lemonade maker!

Enjoyed a wonderful 3-course meal on a warm summer evening on the back part of the terrace (very nice! Without annoying traffic!)! Excellent value for money, good wine selection, friendly, polite and attentive service!
There is nothing to complain about and we are happy to recommend the restaurant!
