Everything is excellent, the perfect egg is “killer”, the sauerkraut is super good!! The welcoming, smiling staff. Very good atmosphere!! With our friends we RECOMMEND without moderation.

16/08/2024: I was having an aperitif in this Colmar place. And there the two waitresses, naturally accompanied me in my beautiful moment and they took the time. Great place.
10/08/2024: Very nice discovery. A nice choice of beers, cocktails... there is something for everyone. Good dishes. And a nice atmosphere.

18/11/2024: Un restaurant bien dans l’ensemble mais déçu de la tarte flambée. J’ai fait un week-end alsacien entre amis et nous avions fait le crochet par ce restaurant avant notre retour. En entrée les escargots étaient très bons. N’ayant pas pris de tarte flambée du week-end c’était la dernière occasion. Peu de lardon et une grosse épaisseur de crème avec un peu de trop du muscade à mon goût. La pâte était très bonne par contre. En dessert une crème brûlée minute, impressionnant mais il faut aimer la fleur d’orangé.
