A warm welcome and excellent food. The servers kindly greeted our large dog with a smile. Thank you for this pleasant experience at your restaurant.

Thank you to our young waiter for his excellent service despite the crowd and the busy service period, for his kindness and diligence. Always a great place for a romantic meal.

We went to the bistro for dinner. Reservations were only available for 19 or 21, so we were forced to wait for the second sitting (we couldn't get there for the first). The place was empty and only open for us, and the staff was at times unhappy about having to stay open (in a rush to get home, they barely gave us time to eat). Average quality food (the appetizers and desserts were FABULOUS, while the main courses were average). Prices were in line with the area. A unique and refined location.

A very pleasant dinner in a charming setting.

A cold and damp Alsatian Sunday evening in the pretty city of Colmar. A discreet sign, a simple but enticing menu. It's a far cry from the over-the-top, "Prévert-style" display of the rich and varied local cuisine showcased and championed by the numerous establishments nearby. In this little bistro, you'll find, of course, sauerkraut, but also plenty of other hearty dishes as delicious as they are original. A rich pumpkin soup with chestnut pieces, a spelt and butternut risotto, and a surprising reimagined King Cake with frangipane and matcha. The staff is friendly, the sommelier passionate. Excellent restaurant 👍 Their pumpkin and chestnut soup is absolutely divine 🤤 The staff is fantastic, very friendly. Just a minor issue with my fries; they weren't cooked quite right, but nothing serious. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish.

The food was very good. The ingredients were high quality, no doubt about it. We ordered the three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert), and I had trouble finishing it. And I'm usually a big eater! The service was good and friendly.
