What can I say, a culinary experience of the best, a warm welcome!! Not to mention the great chef who himself ensures that everything goes well and who also tells us about his experience!! Craftsmen of great kindness and exemplary professionalism!! I really recommend local produce straight from the garden...!! Finally a restaurant worthy of the Altiligerian appellation!!

Bien que situé un peu en dehors du centre historique et à l’aspect extérieur simple, ce restaurant propose une cuisine traditionnelle française. Accueil familial avec toute la famille à vos soins : le patron aux fourneaux, Madame et le fils en salle. Mets copieux.

First experience for us in this restaurant. The welcome, the service, the chef's cuisine and his humor, everything was perfect. For sure, we will come back with pleasure and we recommend it to you. (for the chef: rummage, it was really good, even the matrus threw it all away, we came out clean) Signed: St Jeurois du Brivois. See you later.

31/07/2024: Nous avons déjeuné dans ce restaurant après avoir réservé le matin même. Malheureusement pour nous, la terrasse était déjà complète. Nous avons pris le menu à 19 € avec entrée (œuf parfait, crème de lentilles et poitrine fumée), plat (poisson selon arrivage, aubergine à la parmesane) et dessert (moelleux au chocolat , crème anglaise à la verveine). Tout était vraiment délicieux. N’hésitez pas à vous y arrêter, vous ne serez pas déçus !
18/07/2024: We had a great meal here. In 4 years in France (from Canada), it is by far the best and most tender steak I've had here. You could cut it with a fork. My wife had the chicken and that also was so different and so tasty. It was beyound our expectations.

Ibis Kitchen Restaurant

25/01/2025: The Ibis chain is synonymous with good quality services. In the Ibis Style in Le Puy en Velay I found excellent service, very kind staff, excellent breakfast and very clean room. The only small inconvenience concerns the loading/unloading of suitcases since the front parking is subject to a fee even for a short time.
14/01/2025: Good hotel. Very practical when you come to work in Le Puy. Comfortable and clean rooms. Efficient and very friendly staff. Always a pleasure to stay at this establishment. Very hearty breakfast!!
