Affordable, good location, excellent staff. 1 minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the boardwalk proper and 15 from the heart of downtown and train station. Still plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacy and grocery with a few minutes walking. Spent 3 nights in early season so we got a good rate - very nice, clean room w/excellent bedding and bath accoutrements; chill rooftop hangout spot; AC worked fine; did not use the restaurant. I mistakenly left my handbag in the room upon checkout; didn't discover until I was already at the airport. The Manager went to my room, found the bag, and boxed it up while I arranged for next day courier pickup; my bag arrived in Germany with all cash and credit cards intact. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with a good location right on the promenade! Very pleasant and helpful staff, who did everything to make the stay as good as possible. A special thank you to Nathalie, Farhat and Maeva, who celebrated our son's 16th birthday with several real surprises! Thank you very much. Recommended!

If you're looking for a Marriott hotel in Nice, go to the other one down the way closer to the action. This hotel doesn't have any AC. They claim they do, but we were moved into multiple different rooms to see if the AC would cool the room down, but they unfortunately didn't work. We were eventually given a room with a window we could open to get the cooler outside the breeze running through the room. It worked in the springtime, but God bless you if yall go during the summer and choose this hotel.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews but the staff were so friendly and accommodating! We arrived just before 12 and didn’t expect a room but thought we’d try and it was a 10 minute wait (which we got to wait on the roof with a great view!) The location is great, it’s about a 35 minute walk to the old town and about 2 minutes to the promenade. There are lots of bakery’s close by as well as many museums. The room was pretty standard. It was quite humid as the windows don’t open and there was a small mould problem in the bathroom as a result, but not enough to worry. We had a partial sea view and it was great! We had a view of the airport too so we could watch the planes. If I plan to visit Nice again, I’ll definitely be staying here!

I stayed here for three (3) nights over New Years 2024, and the staff were the true highlight of the visit. From the Front Desk, to Housekeeping, to the pop-up restaurant staff, everyone truly went out of their way to provide a fantastic experience. As you will see with other reviews, the rooms are a bit tired. However, everything was clean and I was happy with my top floor location. I find it a bit odd that there were *not* any USB connection ports in the suite. Truly bewildering in this day and age, but not a deal breaker. As you will see from the pictures, an interesting layout for the room, but comfortable nonetheless. Although the rooftop bar was closed for the winter, it still provided access for some amazing views. Another interesting fact is that this is the only AC Hotel that I have ever been to that does *not* have an AC Lounge (???). If you love those lounges as much as I do, then you should know this beforehand. Again, not a deal breaker, but something that was a bit disappointing. I look forward to returning again at some point, and I thank the entire staff for a great stay!

The location of the hotel is great just off Promenade des Anglais. The hotel team is great. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property, however, is tired. Very plain rooms. My partial sea view room (714) had many damaged pieces of furniture. The shower temperature was extremely difficult to regulate - either scalding or cold. No platinum upgrade. Maybe invest in the rooms before the gardens. OK experience, especially if one will spend most of the time on the beach or otherwise outdoors.

Ottimo hotel, personale molto disponibile ed organizzato colazione ricca e gustosa, tutto ben cotto e ben riposto. Reception sempre pronta ad aiutare e consigliare al meglio i propri clienti. Parcheggio in struttura, volendo, anche se la zona permette di parcheggiare nei dintorni in maniera comoda. Colazione fino alle 10:30. Piscina all’ultimo piano all’aperto sul tetto dell’hotel, spettacolare.
