We came for a romantic getaway to Provins, "without the kids" (a nod to the waitress). There were actually three of us, including the manager. Everyone was all smiles, staff and customers alike. Thank you for making our evening so lovely! Also worth noting is that all your food is sourced locally and EVERYTHING is HOMEMADE.

Sunday lunch with the family. A warm welcome from the owners and the smiling young waitress who always had a little something extra to offer – much appreciated. Quick service, a delicious meal, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Having lived in Provins for a while, I hadn't had the chance to discover this restaurant until now. Better late than never: we absolutely loved our gourmet getaway at Rosalie! From the ambiance and decor to the very pleasant and smiling staff and the dishes that were as beautiful as they were delicious... Everything was perfect!
