A very pleasant restaurant, the dishes are delicious. The service and welcome were perfect, all at a reasonable price. I recommend it to enhance a stroll through Provins.

It was delicious, and the lovely little terrace was a welcome respite once the road was blocked every day at lunchtime. The service was very welcoming and friendly. The ingredients are fresh and everything is well-prepared; I'll gladly return on my next visit!

Visiting Provins, we stopped for lunch. I'm speechless! Succulent, divine, refined cuisine. What a pleasure! I recommend it 300 percent; it's really worth it, enjoy! Many thanks again to the chef and the team.

Incredible! The welcome toasts were a taste of what was to come. The appetizers were delicious. The main courses were exquisite. The sauces... wow! So flavorful. The wine was very good. A must-visit.

While in Provins for the Medieval Festival, we stumbled upon Les Bristrophiles quite by chance, and what a wonderful discovery it was! The welcome was very warm, and we were treated to a delicious amuse-bouche. The dishes were excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the pork tenderloin with its Brie de Provins sauce and parsley potatoes—absolutely incredible—as well as the Brie de Provins served with rose petal jam, a true delight. A truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will gladly return on our next visit to Provins!
