Le Rosebud sur Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

We were disappointed with our experience. The potatoes were overcooked and the chicken and chips were really bland. The drinks weren't anything special either. Given the price, we expected more elaborate dishes, with greater attention to detail.

Beautiful setting, generous and flavorful dishes in a gourmet style, incredible artichoke mousseline, impeccable service. Delightful and surprising flavor combinations (e.g., candied olives and strawberries, a real treat). Looking forward to returning and staying at the hotel!

I came for a €29 lunch menu and frankly it was perfect, the food was delicious, the service was top-notch, but the best thing was the atmosphere, super calm, you could hear the birds, the weather was beautiful, frankly incredible.

A wonderful discovery in Chamonix. The cuisine is refined and delicious, with well-balanced and beautifully presented dishes. The ingredients are high-quality and the flavors are expertly crafted. The service is attentive and the atmosphere pleasant. ☺️ It's the hotel restaurant, so reservations are recommended.
