A very good dinner, with quality ingredients beautifully presented.
It's a shame there's only one set menu (a five-course meal...). There's a wide selection of wines, but no half-bottles (for two people), which forces you to choose a full bottle or wine by the glass, which is what we did; this increases the bill, especially since the portions served are quite small!

Yesterday, we arrived in Grenoble on our road trip and discovered this restaurant. We were so glad it was open on a Monday.
We had a six-course menu with wine pairings, all locally sourced. It was delicious, and the wines were wonderfully natural and refreshing. The service was very friendly and attentive.
Highly recommended! 👨🍳👌

We went on a date with my sweetheart and we loved it, the service was exceptional. Hugo, the owner and waiter at Roussau, was very kind and friendly, a great connoisseur of the world of wines. We listened to his advice and we are very happy with the choice he made. In conclusion, we had a very nice evening, 100% recommended. If, like us, you love to eat and taste good wine, Roussau is the perfect place for you.

Everything is there! You park right in front, the setting is modern, the atmosphere is warm, and you can enjoy a delicious 5-course menu with gastronomic aspirations. A very good place to eat.

Another delightful evening, with a consistently warm, relaxed, attentive, and discreet welcome. It's no surprise that Hugo and his team received the award for best hospitality in the entire Rhône-Alpes region, presented by Gault & Millau! It's richly deserved, and an award for excellence for their inventive, incredibly fresh, refined, and flavorful cuisine would also be justified! We hope so for this top-notch team, in a sophisticated, serene, and harmonious setting... A truly sublime evening! We will be back again and again... Thank you to the whole team...

A truly wonderful restaurant. We opted for the five-course tasting menu, and everything was perfectly executed. The service was impeccable, and the wine recommendations were of exceptional quality.
Our first visit will certainly not be our last. Highly recommended.
