Le Royal sur Lourdes

As I was wanted a quick bite to eat in Lourdes (Café Royal) was jam packed! So, I decided to get a quick bite and I ordered the calamari. The calamari wasn’t anything special it was frozen. Most European restaurants french fries are served with every meal. If you think about it french fries are a quick and cheap option. My family member ordered the bone in pork-chops and they said they were mediocre. As for this establishment, I got a quick bite to eat and the staff were very friendly compared to most places in France. (P.S. We stopped hear for drinks, very busy and quick turnaround. Hot chocolate and coffee good. We didn't have food so can't comment. Able to get a wheelchair in. Would stop again.

Was not expecting too much from a restaurant that close to a tourist trap, however, the entrecote with fries I ordered was very tasty, and was served quickly. On top of that all. For a reasonable price.

Decent place. Given its location, we knew the price was going to be quite high. Duck and entrecote Good service from the waiter who served us. Average food, but when it came to the bill... a bottle of water was €6.50. Even though we were in Lourdes, it was still very expensive 😃

A big thank you to Charles for his kindness, responsiveness, and smile. Don't change! What a pleasure to meet a dedicated server. Lunch on the terrace, chicken and fries and fried omelets. Nothing to complain about, it was very good.

Thank you to Charles for making this experience so great 👍. Yes the food isn't great but it's not bad either. What makes this place is theatre. Just sit and people watch and enjoy where you are. Price is reasonable considering you have front row seats.

We really enjoyed our time at the bar. The waiter, Lucas, was very kind, very friendly, very fast, and attentive to the customer. We were served in 2 minutes; no one can be faster than the waiter. The service at the bar was very fast, really fast, considering the room was full. Congratulations to the entire team, keep up the good work!

Lunch with family after a visit to the sanctuary. Good value for money and our servers were very efficient and friendly. We regret that two people behind the bar made stupid remarks about the soccer jersey of a child seated a little further away. Thank you for our service and to those concerned, please remember what a professional attitude is.

I'd improve the lattes, but everything else is very good, fast, and with a place to sit. 4 crepes and 4 coffees for €30, very good for a central location.
