I can't understand the bad reviews. We were given a table spontaneously and very kindly, even though the restaurant was already quite busy. We got by just fine with English. Our food (two pizzas and one pasta dish) was also very tasty. Prices in Corsica, or specifically in Bonifacio or Porto-Vecchio, are higher than usual. However, that's not a fault of this particular restaurant. We would definitely visit again.

Great restaurant, excellent experience. The daily special, "sea bream with baby vegetables," was superb, and the tuna tartare was a real treat. The chestnut crème brûlée deserves a special mention for its delicious flavor. We highly recommend Le Rustic for its cuisine, service, and great atmosphere. A little shout-out to Lola 😉 Olivier and Valérie from Normandy

I also disagree with the negative reviews. We had the Corsican set menu and a fish fillet. While neither portion was huge, the prices were reasonable for the area and the food was delicious.

The Corsican platter was excellent, and the mussels and fries were great too! The dessert was very good. We received a very warm welcome from the lady at the entrance. I recommend it.

08/08/2026: Excellent fast food restaurant on the port of Bonifacio, with a varied menu featuring both classic and typical Corsican flavors – exactly what we were looking for. Sweet and savory options, as well as drinks, were all delicious. And the service was top-notch and quick! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quick bite between sightseeing trips, beach outings, or while waiting for a boat.
29/07/2026: Having arrived from Ajaccio on our way to Sardinia, we stopped for lunch. The croissants were delicious, even the chocolate one. The smiling waitress was a welcome touch, especially these days when restaurants are often criticized by our vacationers. Knowing Bonifacio, I was shocked by the parade of people practically naked strolling past the rental boats and shops as if it were normal... 3 stars because, unfortunately, all these scantily clad people really shocked me. Otherwise, the service and breakfast were excellent, thank you.
