A very good meal. You can tell everything is homemade and expertly prepared. Perfect seasoning and generous portions. A minor drawback was the service; the welcome and communication were good, but it took a little while to receive our food.

Fantastic... A music-filled bistro just the way we like them. Great concert evenings. A must-try. The food is good... and the drinks are good too, in moderation if you like.

It was a first time for me, I had never been to the Sablier. The news with yesterday's concert made me discover this great place. The food is very good and the atmosphere is warm. I recommend this very nice cafe

20/01/2026: A really nice place where the welcome is excellent! The food is good and very reasonably priced, which is quite rare and will make you want to come back regularly :)
07/01/2026: I often come here for a diabolo in the afternoon. The owner is very friendly and charming, and I finally decided to have lunch here today: fabulous, professional welcome.
