Le Saillans sur Saillans

Another wonderful experience at Le Saillans restaurant! This is our second visit, and the quality is consistently excellent. A warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine. Special mention goes to the foie gras from Ferme de Fonteneau with spices and fruit chutney, as well as the roasted cod served with spelt risotto and tempura prawns. The selection of five cheeses was also superb. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful culinary experience!

An absolutely memorable gastronomic experience. Each dish is a true work of art, presented with remarkable finesse and precision. We were captivated by the harmonious blend of flavors and the meticulous presentation. The dessert, a perfectly caramelized crème brûlée topped with a quenelle of ice cream, was simply divine. Special mention goes to the elegant tableware that enhances each creation. I highly recommend this restaurant.
