A truly warm welcome, beautifully presented dishes, and above all, a real treat. It's the best restaurant I've ever been to. Thank you both for your hospitality and kindness.

A lovely place, with a very warm welcome and refined cuisine. We were a party of nine, all very satisfied.

You would have to travel a very, very long way to find food of a higher quality, more beautifully presented and more of a treat for your taste buds than you will find at Le Saillans. We have visited several times and the offering is never anything short of superb. In fact, we have gites locally and when guests come to stay we tell them that there are two things which they must do when staying with us: i - visit St. Emilion and ii - eat at Le Saillans. So far none of our guests has come back other than raving about the restaurant - if you're in the area, you MUST visit!

This restaurant, in my opinion, strikes the perfect balance. It's both simple (in the sense of not being stuffy) and sophisticated (in terms of the food). It's a true delight for the senses! I still remember a dessert I had: a poached pear with lemon balm, a silky cream, and crunchy gingerbread. It was pure bliss.

Delighted to have tried your new menu. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the presentation to the flavors, and from the appetizer to the dessert. The restaurant is always top-notch, both in terms of service and food. It's a shame it's not open every day... 😼

I've been there several times, and I have nothing to say but it's perfect and delicious. The menu changes seasonally. I highly recommend it, and the welcome and service are impeccable. 😍
