What a surprise! I had fifteen minutes to find something to eat on the go in Saint-Lazare. I arrived at La Pause Libanaise. The welcome was incredibly warm, the prices very reasonable. But above all, I left with an exceptional shawarma, with an amazing toum and a perfect balance of ingredients, all served in 5 minutes... Everything was perfect, from the kibbeh to the lemonade, including the pistachio ashta crumble. I'll be back!! ❤️🇱🇧

A wonderful discovery! The meal was truly excellent; everything was delicious. But what really makes all the difference is the welcome. The waitresses are smiling, pleasant, and attentive, as is the gentleman who greeted us. It's a real pleasure to be received with such kindness and professionalism. There's absolutely nothing to criticize. When I return to Paris, I already know I'll be back to eat here. I will also recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. You can go there without hesitation; you'll eat very well! Have a great day! Marie

Excellent place! The food was superb, the welcome very warm, and the staff lovely and attentive. Fantastic value for money, it's hard to beat, and it's right next to the Saint-Lazare train station. I highly recommend it!

30/08/2026: The welcome was fantastic, the lady was very friendly. The starter was very disappointing: a green salad for €6. Starters aren't necessary. The main course was very good and generous; we ordered the assortment. The only problem was the chicken was barely lukewarm. The desserts were nice, and the spiced tea was amazing.

07/10/2026: The cordons bleus were delicious. We were 7 and despite the tight space they arranged us and served us perfectly. I really recommend this place.
02/10/2026: A tiny, traditional restaurant located just below the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, a stone's throw from Montmartre, seating about ten people and often very crowded due to its size and location. It offers a sort of rolled cordon bleu, fried on the spot and served piping hot, accompanied by round potatoes and homemade sauces. A carafe of water and glasses are often placed on the tables. You can eat in or order takeout. The cordon bleu is truly delicious and flavorful, although it's certainly not a light meal. Considering the area, I also found the prices quite reasonable, at around 10-15 euros for a full meal. A specialty that, at least for now, I've only found here and is definitely worth a try.
