Excellent place to stay! A truly exceptional service and a top-notch welcome await you at this ideally located hotel in Les Houches. The room was very pleasant, the hosts were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was a delicious way to start the day. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is quite simple and offers everything you need to be well taken care of. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the bed and towels were good. The restaurant is very good, we ate cheese fondue and pizzas, all very tasty. We also had the desserts: panna cotta, crème brûlée and tiramisu, all delicious. The highlight here is the super attentive service, excellent! Congratulations! The view completes the package, which for us was wonderful! I highly recommend it!

My stay at this hotel was excellent, communication was responsive and friendly, it is a family run business and Louis the owner and host was amazing he was super helpful and spoke perfect English. The recommendations we always spot on, mountain restaurants, ski areas etc and especially the ski hire where you received 20% discount as a guest of the hotel. The buses stopped right outside for perfect connections with all the ski areas. After skiing either sit in the lovely bar lounge areas or enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your balcony. Alternatively take a well earned treat in the Spa comprising Hot Tub, Sauna and Steam room. The food in the restaurant was superb I particularly enjoyed the Tartiflette, Fondue and Crème Brûlée however the choices are extensive to suit all tastes and families especially with a full pizzeria menu and take out options. Finally the staff were fantastic all working extremely hard, very friendly and making your holiday a great experience. Special mentions to Glen who has been there many many years and helped me with breakfast and cleaned my room impeccably. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again soon.

Great little hotel in a great location. The hotel owner is super friendly. The hotel wasn't full, and he even upgraded us. Good breakfast with cheese, ham, homemade yogurt, and a steamer for making omelets. Comfortable bed, clean room. I recommend it for a stopover.

The hotel is very pretty and comfortable, and the icing on the cake is the spa, which is fantastic for relaxing at the end of the day. I highly recommend it.

I had a lovely time staying at this establishment. Came pretty late in the evening but the manager had my room key prepared and even gave me a complimentary upgrade! I barely spoke french but every staff at the reception made me feel welcomed and informed me about everything i needed to know. I would like to thank the staff at both the reception and restaurant for your kindness and hospitality. I feel very confident now as a solo traveller to explore now. The sauna and jacuzzi felt very zen and cozy. Thank you for a pleasant stay and beautiful view. Will definitely come back!
