The owner has changed and since then it's been spotless, the cleaning is very well done, it's well ventilated, I recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly deserves its two stars for quality and price! It's very well located, right across from the train station and close to the city center. The location is convenient for getting around easily. I'd like to give a special mention to the warm welcome; the staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. Excellent value for money, which I highly recommend.

A pleasant overnight stay in this small hotel opposite the train station. The owner is very kind, responsive to messages, and readily available. The room was functional and clean, and I slept well. Breakfast was simple but plentiful at 8 am. The only areas for improvement, in my opinion, are clearer communication of instructions (self-check-in door on the left at night, breakfast times, room information, etc.) and better soundproofing. Right by the train station, and a couple of hundred meters from the city center. Easy to park. The restaurant in classic French style will be ready in May. Good wi-fi. A helpful and nice owner with nice staff. Affordable. Sancerre a few kilometers away and all the delicacies of the Loire Valley along the river.
