We accept but my son doesn't eat cheese and my daughter would have eaten a sandwich at home They bring us raclette for 2 people. The food was very good and we ask the waitress if it was for 2 people and she confirms for 2, with the menu in hand we tell her will we pay 68 euros? She says yes. For us it's a lot. But other restaurants in the area had already closed their kitchens. He asks us if we wanted some dishes for our children to share. My son eats bread. My daughter eats raclette with us. The bill arrives and they wanted to charge us for 4. The owner said that whoever eats pays. Which is how it is used here in France. We didn't know and the waitress wasn't clear. In the end we paid for 3. Because my son didn't really eat anything. The raclette was very good, but not knowing this rule we felt cheated.
