This is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Vallouise. Go without hesitation. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The galettes are fantastic, the ice cream is homemade, and they have local specialties. A charming setting with an outdoor terrace. Everything is perfect!

Well, what can I say... The food is very good and the service is wonderful. Cilia is simply marvelous, very professional and provides excellent service. Without her, it would be different; she brings a joy to the place. A very good address; we go every year.

A restaurant where everything is homemade. A fireplace, a simple place where you feel comfortable, like sitting by your own fire. The whole team is incredibly friendly, the dishes are prepared with local products and made with love. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, from the children with their unbeatable value menu, to my wife with the "ears of donkey" pastries, and me with the "miche de Suzette," a bread with a melting cheese center and two ham and potato skewers to dip in it. Thank you for this lovely time. We'll gladly come back next vacation.
