L'Ecrin de Suzette sur Vallouise

A charming restaurant perfectly nestled in the magnificent setting of the fairytale Alpine village of Vallouise. Polite and attentive service. The food was delicious and traditional. Probably the best traditional French dinner we enjoyed during our vacation. Reasonable prices. Excellent experience.

Excellent restaurant with impeccable service and a warm welcome! The delicious smoked trout with almonds and dill cream, served with a generous mesclun salad on a very good galette, was a delight! Absolutely succulent!! Highly recommended

We had a wonderful meal! The fondue, duck, and Lyonnaise salad were excellent. A huge thank you to the waitress, who was absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, and very friendly. We had a great time!

This is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Vallouise. Go without hesitation. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The galettes are fantastic, the ice cream is homemade, and they have local specialties. A charming setting with an outdoor terrace. Everything is perfect!
