03/08/2026: A charming restaurant perfectly nestled in the magnificent setting of the fairytale Alpine village of Vallouise. Polite and attentive service. The food was delicious and traditional. Probably the best traditional French dinner we enjoyed during our vacation. Reasonable prices. Excellent experience.

08/08/2026: The dishes are really good and plentiful. The local melted cheese is excellent. The staff is very friendly, and one of the girls speaks very good Italian.

24/05/2026: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. The service was impeccable; the waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient.
16/05/2026: We came for lunch at the very pleasant restaurant and ordered a gourmet salad. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My partner also chose a goat cheese salad. The toast was absolutely delicious, and for dessert, the blueberry tart was divine. Thank you to Ninon and Fabien; they took excellent care of us.

18/10/2025: Charming place, natural beers and traditional cuisine by definition. Without a doubt, if you have done a peak, a hike or just want to treat yourself, you have to stop at alphand. Very friendly staff. We didn't have time to take the photo, the food flew by 😛😆
30/08/2025: A real meal, very hearty, it had been a long time since I had eaten so well, and the beer 🤭☺️☺️☺️ a pure delight for the taste buds, stop by honestly.

26/08/2024: The friendly staff moved the outdoor tables for us so we could eat with 15 people.
Delicious wood-fired pizzas, and the Queryrassine with local cheese from Queryas is highly recommended. The draft beer is Alphand blond ale, brewed locally in Vallouise.
Lots of locals and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

16/08/2024: Alors ok il faut patienter pour y manger tellement c'est bon et qu'il y a du monde mais on est en vacances on peut patienter et les apéros étaient super bien préparés pour attendre.
De la planche charcuterie conviviale aux hamburgers frites maisons cela en vaut la peine.
Service agréable avec des serveurs et serveuses empathiques et sympathiques.
De passage mais on reviendra.
Un Big up pour la terrasse super agréable en bord de rivière.
