Once inside, you'll sense a warm, family atmosphere, a friendly and affectionate owner, a smiling chef, and a polite and attentive waiter. The ambiance is simple, the dishes are well-prepared with fresh ingredients, the welcome is impeccable, and the prices are very fair. A rare combination in Nice. Mauritian Creole cuisine is a blend of soft, sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. Excellent.

Very good food at an affordable price

Had a wonderful experience and one of my best meals in Nice. Its a family owned restaurant but is professionally run. The husband and son do speak English and very kind and know how to help you decide on your meal without being pushy. The cocktails are lush without the alcohol being aggressive, the prawns are wonderfully seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the coconut tart is heavenly. The fried green bananas and little chips that taste like Cheetos are the unsung heros of the meal. They should be added to the starters. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this to place to everyone.

Take your time! Put down your phone and chat with the kitchen for a bit. Sunshine in the dishes and in the conversations with the chef's husband! The dishes are original, the chili levels perfectly balanced and adaptable to everyone's palate. The kitschy decor creates a joyful atmosphere. Pure bliss.
