I discovered this restaurant by chance while visiting the city.
The welcome was very pleasant, the dining room is beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness.
The service was perfect: discreet and efficient.
The cuisine, like everything else, was impeccable; the dishes were beautifully presented and served piping hot.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious, all the dishes are excellent, the seafood sauerkraut was very well served, lots of shellfish and langoustines, not much noise even though the restaurant was full, I will return.

✨ A huge thank you to Le Saint Gilles restaurant! ✨ We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal: incredibly fresh fish, perfectly cooked scallops, not to mention the delicious sides and excellent wine – a true delight from start to finish 😍
The service was lovely, the atmosphere pleasant – we highly recommend it!

As soon as you step inside, the decor is magnificent, especially in the second room. You immediately feel at ease. The dishes are subtly presented, very flavorful, and the desserts are to die for.
Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back because it's truly excellent! 👍😋
