It was a perfect evening at Le Saint Hubert. The food and service were excellent, never intrusive but always present. And the ambience was very appealing and was only topped by the great view of the valley. A real recommendation.

Exquisite evening at Saint Herbert. Eric, Lise and their team always create an amazing atmosphere with not only perfectly prepared plates but incredible gluten free options. This is one of the best restaurants in the Luberon. And the place I always take guests when they visit. This is the one place you have to eat when in the area.

Recommended by our guest room, we really appreciated the professionalism of the team and the different dishes.
Do not trust the front of the establishment from the street. The restaurant room, with a large bay window overlooking the valley, is very beautiful and pleasant.
Good food, good wine, good service. This is the right formula!

A small gourmet paradise at the end of the world in Provence.
We visited this restaurant on two consecutive evenings. The interior is upscale, the menu is small but extremely appealing. All four service employees, the three ladies and the gentleman, were excellently positioned. Very friendly and familiar service. The kitchen cooks at a very high level. We would have liked to come there a third time, but Wednesdays are a day off.
Thank you for giving us two wonderful evenings. I can only recommend everyone who is holidaying here in the village to stop by here at least once for lunch or dinner. A big compliment.

My partner and I had one of the best meals ever at this beautiful restaurant. The wine recommendation was superb. The owners' appreciation not only for the food but for those who grow it and/or produce it, their attention to all the details of the restaurant and their care for their staff make it a place not only to delight one's palate but also one's soul.

Eat very well. The dishes were excellent. On the other hand, the children's menu at 13 euros for a plate of pasta with butter and parmezan and an ice cream sandwich is really excessive. Not even a simple slice of ham or minced steak.

C’est une découverte trip advisor, et nous n’avons pas été déçus.
Nous avons super bien mangé et le cadre est génial. Nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de suite, le service est super, ils sont gentils et attentionnés, un resto ce n’est pas que bien manger c’est un tout.
Merci à ceux qui ont partagé leur expérience qui nous amenée en ce lieu
