Le Saint Jean is an establishment full of surprises. The setting, recently renovated, welcomes guests into a cozy, rustic-modern atmosphere. The concept is also surprising: a small number of tables, a small but highly efficient staff, and a complete lack of transparency regarding the menu. The wine list is surprisingly varied. Finally, the quality of the dishes is exceptional, prepared with local, even garden-fresh, produce and cooked with originality. In short, we had an excellent evening, with outstanding value for money.

We had an unforgettable time at this restaurant: a fantastic welcome 👍 refined and highly inventive cuisine, sophisticated flavor combinations, a new discovery with every dish, everything was excellent 👏 kudos to Chef Romain, who showcases local produce, including ingredients from his own garden! And to his wife Anaïs and their entire team 👏 for their kindness and attentiveness. A must-try, I highly recommend it. We will be back.

A truly wonderful evening at Le Saint-Jean restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the view of the Chartreuse mountains is breathtaking. The service throughout the meal was attentive and thoughtful, from the presentation of the dishes to the helpful advice offered, without ever being intrusive. The dishes were all subtle, refined, fresh, and expertly prepared. Truly, congratulations to Anaïs and Romain for this wonderful experience at your establishment.
